Jim Gibbons, Chairman
Jim Gibbons has been a member of the Stanford University faculty since 1957. He was Dean of the School of Engineering from 1984-1996 and Special Counsel to the Stanford President for Industry Relations from 1996-2000. Jim sits on the board of Cisco Systems and is executive vice chairman of the Board of the Palo Alto Research Center (PARC). He is also on the boards of several start-up companies.

Apurv Bagri
The Hon. Mr. Apurv Bagri is Managing Director of the Metdist Ltd. group of companies in the international non-ferrous trade and industry. He is a member of the British Invisibles South Asia Committee and vice chairman of the International Wrought Copper Council. Amongst his non-business responsibilities, he is a Commissioner of the Crown Estate Paving Commission, is on the Executive Committee of Asia House, is a member of the Governing Body and Chair of the Asia Pacific Board of the London Business School, and a member of the Governing Council of the City University, London.

Ransom Parker
Ransom Parker has led investments in several RedShift portfolio companies. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Blue Ridge Networks, Converged Access, Novariant, Privaris and Telarix. Former portfolio companies include Cronos Integrated Microsystems (acquired by JDS Uniphase), Sandburst (acquired by Broadcom), MSI Software (acquired by AtStaff) and V3 Systems (acquired by Click Commerce).

Before joining RedShift in 1998, Parker was president, chief operating officer and director of the AFFINITY Systems Division of The Compucare Company (acquired by Quadramed), a healthcare information systems software developer. Parker spearheaded AFFINITY's successful transition from an outsourcing and services business model to an enterprise class software product delivery and support model. He also worked to secure a $32 million private equity placement and two business acquisitions. Prior to The Compucare Company, Parker was the Mid-Atlantic regional operations manager for Shared Medical Systems Corporation (acquired by Siemens AG) and he held progressively more responsible executive management positions with Technicon Data Systems (acquired by Eclipsys).

Parker received a B.S. in biological sciences from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an M.H.A. in healthcare administration from The George Washington University.

William Quigley
William Quigley joined Clearstone in February 1999 and focuses on Clearstone's communications investments. His investments are centered around three broad themes: lowering the cost of delivering data and voice services, reducing the manufacturing costs of communications components and enabling the delivery of value added services. William joined Clearstone Venture Partners from Mid-Atlantic Venture Funds, where he invested in early stage communications companies targeting the software, equipment and service sectors. At MAVF, he was responsible for investments in Integrated Chipware, a real time embedded OS developer, Wisor Telecom, an OSS vendor to telecom service providers and NexTone Communications, a manufacturer of voiceover IP equipment.

William received his MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School, and holds a BS, with honors, from the University of Southern California. He is a Kauffman Fellow.

Herb Satterlee, CEO
Herb Satterlee most recently served as the Chairman and CEO of DigitalGlobe Inc. The company provides satellite imagery and analysis solutions to markets including forestry, mining and national defense. DigitalGlobe also developed the AgroWatch suite of analysis products that growers use for highly accurate crop management decisions. During the last eight years, he helped the company achieve a 240 fold increase in revenues. Herb began his professional career with The Boeing Company, where over a period of 17 years he had major responsibilities in both program management and strategic business planning. This experience led to his selection as CEO of Resource 21, a satellite imagery provider focused on customers involved in production agriculture, food industries, earth science and US national security.
