Customer Service Technician

| Job Responsibilities: |
As a Customer Service Technician in our Broomfield, Colorado office,
you will have the opportunity to establish and maintain control of
inbound calls using a well organized structure, while providing
excellent customer service to both dealers and end users. This position
requires the ability to quickly and accurately identify issues and take
appropriate action steps to satisfy those needs.
- Answer incoming calls
- Resolve basic to complex customer service calls reagrding Technical and General Support issues
- Respond to customers in a polite and courteous manner, especially in stressful situations
- Establish rapport over the phone quickly, and remain positive and upbeat over prolonged periods of customer service
- Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with others and contribute as an effective team member.
- Solve problems, systematically, using sound business judgment, and follow through on commitments
- Create service tickets through a CRM to track cases
- Create step by step resolutions on issue for submission to the knowledge base

| Skill, Education and Experience Requirements: |
- Associates Degree Required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years in Technical Support
- Proficient communication skills required.

- Background and familiarity with agriculture industry or GPS solutions a plus
