| Job Duties: |
We are seeking a top-notch Financial Analyst to work in various aspects of our accounting operations. We operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-tasking environment, and you must be able to work well under pressure. This position will report directly to the Corporate Controller.
Were looking for a hands-on candidate to help build the accounting organization and drive continuous process improvement.
- Analyze project profitability
- Assist with the preparation of the company's monthly financial statements and analysis
- Assist with the annual budget, periodic forecasts and comparisons to actual
- Assist with modeling of the business financial performance
- Assist with annual audit preparation

| Education & Experience: |
Desirable:
- Small or medium size company experience
- Project accounting
- MS Office Suite
- Startup mentality, self-sufficient and able to work with limited resources.
- Previous experience with SysPro accounting software.

| Skill Requirements: |
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Must have 3-5years of experience as a Financial Analyst/Staff Accountant
- A four year college degree with a major in Finance or Accounting
- Ability to analyze new and unfamiliar business situations
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and information concepts
- Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software
- Team orientation and positive approach
- Ability to balance multiple activities
