Position: Inside Sales Administrator
Duties:

AutoFarm, a division of Novariant Inc., is the premier solutions provider for precision positioning and intelligent control systems. AutoFarm manufactures and markets Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers and precision agriculture solutions for automatic steering and leveling based on its experience in advanced aviation landing systems. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Sales. The key focus will be administering reliable sales, territory and product information to the Executive team. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, multi-tasking specialist, who thrives under pressure and is both familiar and confident with computer software and technology.

Administer Quarterly Forecasting per AutoFarm Forecast Process

  • Provide key oversight of forecasting process for timely delivery of projected sales (by unit) to Operations procurement and fulfillment departments.

Administer Syspro C.R.M. Database

  • Manage Syspro Territory, Accounts, Discount and Pricing Integrity.

Administer Salesforce C.R.M. Resource

  • Lead collection (sources: Incoming sales calls, web forms, info@ emails, trade shows, advertising and direct mail campaigns).
  • Lead qualification call on leads to qualify growers by crops (corn, soy, cotton, grains, vegetables, berries, etc.), farm size dependent on crops, and tractor make and model (Deere, Case, New Holland, Cat, AGCO, SDF etc.).
  • Lead distribution and assignment to TSM in salesforce.com
  • Lead tracking and conversion by campaign for marketing performance evaluation.
  • Collect and summarize field sales forecast information for manufacturing operations and executive management.
  • Sales pipeline reporting and TSM performance tracking via SFDC accounts and opportunities.
  • Salesforce.com CRM system administration, user training and support.

Sales Activities

  • Educate and sell comparative product features and benefits with prospective growers and channel partners.
  • System configuration, quote generation and delivery to channel partners and customers, assist with closing business by securing signed copies in return.
  • Provide international account management and customer service to distributors and dealers.

Provide Weekly, Territory Sales Reports to V.P. Sales

  • Capture and consolidate performance metrics on up to 20 world-wide territories.
  • Generate Sales Representative performance reports for Salesforce bonuses as required.

Hours: 40 hours per week at our Broomfield, Colorado, office
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in Sales Support, Contact Management Software and SalesForce C.R.M.
Special Requirements:
  • Need solid computer skills and familiarity with databases, Excel and Power Point
  • Inside/Outside sales success desirable
  • Familiarity with Syspro and SalesForce.com
  • Proficient communication skills required. Multilingual a plus.
  • Background and familiarity with agriculture industry a plus
Training:
  • One Week of intensive training
  • Primarily O.J.T. (on the job)
