| Duties: |
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Technical Writer to join our team of professionals in Fremont, California or Montreal, Quebec. Specific responsibilities include:
- Write, edit, and maintain user manuals, hardware installation guides, trouble-shooting guides and tech notes
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with teams including
subject matter experts (engineers), quality assurance, marketing,
customer support, operations and product managers

| Education & Skills: |
- B.A. in English, Communication, Technical Writing, or applicable degree
- 6+ years experience as a technical writer
- Excellent attention to detail, editing skills
- Follow and enhance existing style guide and document templates
- Quickly learn and master industrial hardware and software products
- A proven ability to work independently and deliver completed projects on-schedule
- Software Skills: Adobe FrameMaker, WebWorks, Photoshop or equivalents
