Novariant™ and AutoFarm® Division Move Corporate Facilities to Fremont, Calif.

FREMONT, CALIFORNIA - June 29, 2007 - Novariant, Inc. and its agricultural division, AutoFarm, have moved to new corporate headquarters facilities at 45700 Northport Loop East, Fremont, CA 94538.

Herb Satterlee, CEO, Novariant, Inc. says, "We are excited about these new facilities because they fit our growth strategy and position the company to better support our customers."
